Birchwood Resort features completely
furnished and fully equipped housekeeping cabins.

Cabin
amenities include air-conditioning, heat, ceiling fans, laundry
facilities on site, satellite TV and DVD/VCR, picnic table and
charcoal grill, one
dock space with electric service.

We provide bed linens/blankets/pillows,
a kitchen complete with dishes,
cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster & microwave. You'll need to
bring kitchen and bath towels, clothing for warm & cool
weather, sun block and
insect repellant

Deposits & Refunds; State & Lodging Taxes:

A non-refundable
50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold a
reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
and is also non-refundable. If the cancelled reservation
week can be re-rented, a refund of the deposit will be issued
less a $100 cancellation fee per cabin, per unit of equipment.

6.5% MN Sales Tax and 3%
Minnesota Lodging Tax (Not included in base rates)
Additional Persons & Day
Visitors:
- Additional persons of any age
over the base rate is $25 per person per day. Non-resort
day visitors of guests is $20 per person per day. No
charge for children under 6 years of age. No
overnight stays of day visitors is allowed.
Pets ($18 per day, $100 per week):
- People friendly, quiet pets are welcome. Pets must be attended at
all times. Pet owners are responsible for clean-up and any damages
caused by their pet.
The guest may be asked to board noisy/unattended pets at a local
kennel.
